1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of digital services under the BlendLearn brand (the “Services”) by NEON FLOWER spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, registered office in Krakow, Poland (KRS: 1193580, NIP: 9452316953).
1.2. Use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Definitions
- Service provider — NEON FLOWER sp. z o.o.
- User — a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the Services.
- App — the BlendLearn mobile, desktop, and web applications.
- Account — a User’s individual profile within the App.
3. Scope of services
3.1. The Service provider makes available educational tools that support language learning, including: AI-generated flashcards, smart review, moderated class feed.
3.2. Feature scope depends on the chosen plan (Free / Premium / School).
4. Registration and account
4.1. Creating an Account requires providing an email address and accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
4.2. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
5. Payments
5.1. The Free plan remains free of charge. Premium and School plans are billed based on a separate agreement or the pricing published in the App.
6. Complaints
6.1. Complaints should be submitted via email to: contact@neonflower.ai.
7. Final provisions
7.1. Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
7.2. These Terms are effective as of 2025-01-24.
